  5. 1/2 cup ketchup
  6. 1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained well
  7. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  8. 2 tablespoons ancho chile powder
  9. 2 tablespoons honey
  10. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  11. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  12. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  13.  
  14. Preparation 
  15. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Let sit at least 1 hour before serving.
